Upon completing a strategic workshop with the executive management team, it was determined the best path to market was via OEM and Channel relationship. The BizDev team worked with our client to establish these key relationships to introduce their product into the channel. The resulting solution has allowed the company to quickly re-establish a market presences through strategic OEMs without the cost of hiring additional sales and increasing their sales.
BizDev Strategy Consulting was hired by an International start up, Magritek, to provide research and market analysis on the introduction of a new technology into the refining industry. Our customer is applying for a government matching grant in their home country for R&D funds. Our team worked with the CEO and SVP of Sales and Marketing to access the requirements for the grant application and the required details needed. The grant was due within a week. Time was critical and our team worked around the clock to provide the necessary research, industry contacts and surveys to gather the required information under extreme deadlines. Magritek received a grant for $1 Million.
BizDev Strategy Consulting was hired by Dr. Ed Oppermann of Kingwood, Texas, to provide a website strategy to market his dental practice. The site was developed and delivered in April 2008 and has dramatically increased their new patient intake by several patients a month. The site provides new features for their patients convenience such as new patient forms, an ask the Dentist forum, and practice details. Dr. Oppermann was recently nominated by BizDev Strategy for the 2009 Human Healthcare Heros which will be awarded on May 20th in Houston Texas.

BSC helped to screen and hire a VP of Sales, develop their business plan and evaluate commericalization of their products and services.
